The project of establishing and implementing electromechanical networks and light current networks is one of the most important projects conducted by the company in high expertise and efficiency as a result of implementing hundreds of units, whether residential, administrative, or bank branches that include all bank systems. The company has carried out more than 15 administrative units in the Uni Arc Building located in Abbass Al-Akkad Street in Nasr City which is affiliated to the Housing and Development Bank. In addition to finishing more than 30 administrative units in the Administrative Building located in 12 Syria Street which is affiliated to Housing and Development Bank in accordance with the approved drawings and designs, as the company has:
- Established and finished complete electrical networks, starting with the implementation of electrical risers for all floors, passing through the implementation of electrical panels according to the required specifications, ending with electrical outlets according to the approved drawings and designs.
- Established and finished electrical emergency networks of all kinds to ensure the continuity of the electric current, whether emergency networks fed by electric generating units, including their panels, paths and outlets, or UPS networks, including their panels and paths, etc.
- Established and finished complete lighting networks, starting with the electrical panels of lighting and electrical cables according to the drawings, ending with lighting units and lighting control outlets inside the implemented rooms in accordance with the approved designs and samples.
- Established and finished all light current networks such as:
- Surveillance networks, including paths, wires, cables, and monitoring units.
- Fire alarm networks, including paths, wires, cables, and alarm units.
- Theft alarm networks, including paths, wires, cables, and alarm units.
- Information networks, including paths, information cables, racks and information units such as patch panel and patch cord, etc.
