Company’s Record of Achievements

The company implements and monitor the electromechanical maintenance works for many clients such as the various branches of Housing and Development Bank throughout the Republic which are approximately 100 branches for more than 20 years, in addition to implementing the electrical maintenance works for all ATMs of the aforementioned bank which are approximately 200 machines throughout the Republic for more than 10 years, as well as the various branches of Mohandes Insurance Company at the level of the Republic.
The company carries out quick and immediate response works of electrical networks malfunctions, mechanical and electronic malfunctions, lighting and light current to all maintenance contracting entities, as we have a special department for (Emergency Under Control) EUC works to quickly avoid sudden malfunctions 24 hours a day due to the importance and prestige of the entities that the company contracts with.
The company has carried out various projects of medium and low voltage stations, including electrical transformers and electric generating units in many towers, such as:
- Magar Company in Tahrir St.
- Tower 25 Makkah St, in Mohandeseen.
- Tower 6 in Tahrir St.
The company has carried out various projects related to contracting and complementary specialized finishes regarding the electricity networks, light current and emergency networks of the branches of Housing and Development Bank such as Zamalek, Al Motamayez, Dokki and others, as well as many administrative buildings such as:
- Bank building in Syria St.
- TBank building Peony Arch in Nasr City.
- Bank building in Koruom St, in Mohandeseen.
The company has conducted electrical consulting works such as:
- Maintenance of the various branches of the National Bank of Egypt inside Cairo.
- Office of Eng. Farouk Al-Qady regarding the electromechanical works for some towers and buildings.
The company carries out all the technical and administrative works in cooperation with Egyptian Electricity Holding Co. in all regions in relation with the electrical feeding of the establishments and excavation works and coordination with the information center, as well as implementing projects for entering feeders from two different sources and maneuvering between them using ATS panels, in addition to implementing Two out of three system, One out of three system and others, as the company has implemented these projects with utmost experience in the following projects:
- Manasterly Tower of Housing and Development Bank.
- Tower of Magar Company in Tahrir St.
- Branches of Housing and Development Bank located in (Zakr Hussein St, Abbassya, Zamalek).
The company has implemented the projects of water treatment plants in Nubaria, as well as implementing all works of water and sewage pumps, networks and electrical panels for them, with experience of more than 30 years, where the works of pumps and filters for boilers of the Armed Forces Hospital in Maadi have been implemented, as well as pumps for the farm of the Prison Authority in Qanater.
The company implements the guidelines of Egypt regarding energy saving through cooperation with the leading Egyptian companies in LED industry for changing all the lighting outlets in the contracted entities and establishments to LED lamps in order to improve the quality of lighting and save the consumed energy.
The company has implemented earth wells (Earth) for the various establishments and branches of the Housing and Development Bank, ATMs, etc. to maintain the safety of personnel and machines according to International Standard Specifications, as well as carrying out tests and measurements with all approved devices for measurement and issuing certificates that state the same.
Coordination with the Electricity Distribution Company in order to calculate the capacities required to implement the projects for the purpose of maximizing the utilization of available resources.
